Eden is African and was born in Eritrea.

Since 2016 Eden has been a group facilitator as well as a part-time admi-assistant with Warriors Against Violence Society. She got involved with Warriors through her counselling practicum placement program where she completed it in 2015. Eden holds a Community Counselling Certificate from Vancouver Community College and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Eden has always been interested in working in the helping field and specifically learning about Indigenous ways of knowing and healing. Warriors has/is given her that opportunity. She enjoys working with staff and the many participants that come to the program to continue to improve their lives.
